The student travel world is one that remains underutilized to this day. With hundreds of scholarships, organizations, grants, and businesses specializing in giving young people the opportunity to travel, there is no reason why students should not have the ability to go abroad.
Here is a brief photo tour of the memorials in my town, Newtown, Connecticut, commemorating the victims of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School. After the shooting that took place in Sandy Hook Elementary School, killing 26 innocent people, people from around the country and the world sent in messages of comfort in words, stuffed animals, donations to the families of the victims, and free hot drinks.
One of the most entertaining things to do if you go to Jogjakarta, Indonesia, is to visit the bird market. There are hundreds of birds, ranging from common to exotic, as well as many other animals. There are countless shops, each selling different things.
